Massages and Ayurveda treatments
Massage is health, for animals, for birds, for all living things. The breath of the wind massages the blades of grass, the trees and the shrubs : each being, even without knowing it, gives and receives massages at any time.

Who am I?
Certificate Ayurveda Therapist, I gladly integrated the ancestral principles during my training. Ayurveda encompasses many manual treatments, self-massage, nutritional counseling, healthy living, as well as meditation and yoga: it is a holistic approach to health. Ayurveda has become an integral part of my life, I practice routines daily and I have aligned my diet with its principles. Being able to observe the benefits, this is where I get my motivation to propose this method.
I appreciate the interaction with the people I receive, whether in French, Italian or German; without being fluent I also understand English.
When I was 17 my choice fell on the profession of herbalist. The herbalist is the specialist in dried plants for therapeutic use. The contact with people as well as the herbalism and the development of natural products have always brought me a lot. I have advised a whole range of articles related to health (allopathic medicines, phytotherapy, homeopathy, dietetics, etc.), beauty, as well as chemicals and maintenance products.

Subsequently, I headed for the medical field. This allowed me to deepen my knowledge in various therapeutic practices and their various medicinal treatments and to share these themes on a daily basis with doctors and pharmacists.
In parallel I followed the Rio Abierto training in Italy for 4 years. It is a discipline based on movement and massage, which dissolves tension, reduces stress, to better feel with yourself, with others and smile for life.
Finally, my training as a complementary therapist in Ayurveda began more than seven years ago in French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino, and Italy, and continues in a dynamic process of ongoing learning. My approach is based on Ayurveda, incorporating manual treatments and advice on nutrition and lifestyle, all within a therapeutic process that offers a dedicated space for interaction and individual exploration.

Testimonials
Collective energy.
When we walk with others, the collective mindful energy that we generate is very powerful. It helps to heal everyone. When we walk together, producing the energy of mindfulness, returning home, here and now, we can feel heaven right under our feet ; you can see this paradise all around you.
